Do we have to have any special licenses or qualifications to prepare returns?

You don’t have to do anything; your agency is already equipped to do this! You can use an existing PC with an internet connection and a desk or counter space and start preparing returns as early as January 2, 2010.

If your client doesn’t qualify for the advance, then they will automatically be eligible for a refund anticipation loan and can get a portion of their refund as early as the next day!
How will my clients know I offer this service?
We’ll provide you with free posters, brochures, banners, postcards, and pamphlets that you can put in your office and distribute to your clients and potential tax customers to get the word out. You can also use your agency management system to send direct mail pieces to your existing client base.
